My name is Katrina. I've worked as a Graphic Designer since 1993 and my forté has become graphic design work for the apparel industry. I started working for myself in June 2002 trading as Smartkat, and a year later went on to form a company, Smartkat Limited, in 2003.

Through my previous employment at both Canterbury International and Global Culture I have been fortunate to have worked on some neat projects for some great clients and great brands.

Still going strong in the apparel field I am now designing TShirt prints, compiling storyboards and designing range devices for well known national and international brands such as Ironman and Line 7. Due to my five years experience in Global Culture's screenprinting artroom, I have the advantage of having technical knowledge when designing and preparing artwork for screenprinting.

I also do a variety of other graphic design work including logo design, company branding, flyers, cartoons and illustration. I really enjoy inventing slogans and by-lines. I work from a home office in Christchurch, New Zealand and when I'm not in the office I'm a busy mum of two wee boys.
